Clay Workshop or Party
Looking for your own clay experience?
I’d be pleased to host your own customized workshop! Suitable for everyone ages 6+.
Whether it is for family time, celebration, bridal party, corporate event, or just to feed your own personal interest, there are so many things we can make with clay! Here are a few ideas:

What you can expect:
All participants will complete at least one project together with Robbi to cover all clay basics. From there, participants can make items of their choice, or continue to make as a group. You are welcome to bring your ideas!
There is a focus on:
- having fun & exploring creativity
- forming & moulding the clay
- observing & altering shapes
- playing with texture
- applying colour/decoration with underglaze (coloured clay)
Pieces will dry where they are made (typically 1-2 weeks), and then taken to be bisque fired in the kiln. Pieces will then be clear glazed by Robbi (unless otherwise requested), and put in the kiln for a final firing.
Delivery of finished pieces may take up to 3-4 weeks due to drying time, and firing schedules.
Custom Workshop
Fun instruction will be provided for you to make and decorate clay creations of your choice that will fit within our timeframe at my studio. The cost includes clay, supplies, time for preparation, bisque firing, glazing, final firing of your pieces, and clean up.
Students may request to learn on the pottery wheel. I have one wheel, so it must be shared, and would recommend a minimum of 1 hour for each student to have a quality experience. We also have access to a slab roller.
Two hours of instruction:
One to one: $350
Two to tango: $375
Three’s a charm: $400
Four’s fantabulous: $425
Prefer 3 hours of instruction? +$100
Prefer 4 hours of instruction? +$200
Party
Have 5 or more people in your group? Let’s create at your event location!

I enthusiastically support the growth of ceramic arts in our school classrooms! I have conducted numerous classroom projects over the years. Recommended for Grades 2-12.

A waiver will be expected to be signed in advance regarding safety and liability, and a deposit of $100 (per day or per booking) will be required.
